Charming en-suite with own floor and king bed

We’re Liv and Pete, we’re looking for a short-mid term housemate to share our home with Liv in Catford (whilst Pete works abroad).

The Room..
The spacious king-sized room sits on the private top floor of the house. It has floor to ceiling windows, Juliette balcony and a walk-in en-suite bathroom. Furniture can be configured to suit your needs.

The Space..
Light-filled Victorian home with charming features in keeping throughout: timber parquet flooring, bespoke fittings, log burning fire, and an eclectic mix of antique and designer furniture

Location..
The house is a 12 minute walk to Hither Green station or slightly further to Catford, both with rapid trains into Central London. Direct trains to London Bridge take around 9 minutes.

The area is green and residential, with some nice coffee shops, parks, delis, and (importantly) pubs.

Us..
We’ve been living in the house for just over a year with our cat, Pickle. We both work in Central London and tend to work from home 2-3 days per week.

We’re pretty sociable, laid back, enjoy entertaining, good food, music and drink. We’re also equally happy chilling with a movie or a BBC drama.

We like the house to be kept neat and tidy and have a biweekly cleaner included in the price of the listing.
