Hi! We have a room available for a one-month in our friendly, 3-bedroom flatshare in Hither Green, available from 1st August to 30th August.
Vibe: A bright, south-facing room with loads of natural sunlight. Ideal for someone after a comfortable short-term base for the month — great if you're doing a summer internship, between leases, or just want a temporary landing spot in London.

We live in a modern 60 sq metre Victorian conversion, with a huge tree-shaded 350 sq metre back garden with a patio, table and chairs—perfect for BBQs and hanging out in the Summer!

Note: We don't have a shared living room, but my room has two sofas and TV, so feel free to flop and watch telly when I'm away, or propose something spectacular we can all watch as a household.

You will be living with Dominic and Shadaunte:
DOMINIC: a Science teacher, songwriter/composer and live-in landlord. I'm into the gym, movies, theatre, art, literature, and cooking. Always happy to share an occasional meal.
SHADAUNTE: a Jazz guitarist, amongst other things!
YOU: Easygoing and respectful of shared space — perfect if you need a base in London for August, whether for work, study, or just visiting.
🚆 THE COMMUTE (WE'RE SUPER CONNECTED!)
TRAINS: 10 mins to London Bridge (from Hither Green station), 15 mins to Waterloo.
DLR: Short walk to Lewisham Station (Zone 2) for Canary Wharf/Bank.
CYCLING: 30 mins to London Bridge, 12 mins to Greenwich or Goldsmiths.
☕ THE LOCAL AREA
We are on a great street with a park and café right at the end of the road.
Local spots: Sapore Vero (Italian bistro), two fab cafés, and The Station Hotel which is a great gastropub.
Shopping: 10 mins walk to LIDL & Lewisham shopping centre.
Weekends: 15 mins walk to Blackheath for restaurants and the Sunday farmers' market.
