Homely house in Hither Green

I have two bedrooms available in a spacious terraced house in Hither Green.

These are available for short term period upto Spring next year (may consider extending)

Looking for an easy going and sociable house mate for our spare bedrooms.

I am a 49 professional male and live with an energetic friendly dog called Otis ..
The house has a spacious ground floor, living area and open plan kitchen dining room. It has a good sized garden with a sauna at the bottom!

The room comes furnished with a bed with some storage too. Shared use of a bathroom with roll top bath and shower.

We’re about a 15 min walk from Hither Green (regular trains to Cannon St, London Bridge and Charing Cross) and also quick bus to Catford stations - for Thameslink and trains to Farringdon, Blackfriars, Peckham, Clapham etc
The neighbourhood is very peaceful and nice community vibe!

I work full-time, sometimes at home or in central. When I’m not juggling work and dog walks, I like to get out into nature, walking, sailing, camping or visiting friends and family. I’m easy going and sociable - looking for the same - drama free zone :)
