Dear you,

I currently live in this flat with my two cats and work in education Monday to Friday. I’m friendly, easy-going, and I try to practise kindness in everyday life and enjoy the silence very much so at the same time.

I love cooking and would really enjoy sharing a home with someone interested in world cuisines. I care about comfort and coziness, so I like to keep the home tidy and clean (without being obsessive). I’m a bit curious and forgetful ( well balanced ), so I enjoy being around people who appreciate life, have their own style.

I get along with most people and don’t have strict rules. I’m happy whether you’re more introverted or social, as long as you’re respectful and kind. I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home all of the weekdays and who is comfortable living with cats. ( if you are working from home It’s okay unless you are not at the meeting most of the time :I )

**It’s a bright, comfortable flat, and I’ve had no issues living here for the past three years. The flat is furnished, including the room.

The room is medium-sized and comes with a day bed (which can be changed into a double), a desk, wardrobe, and bike storage. It also gets beautiful natural light, especially during the summer. There is a big attachment, used as a terrace.

About the area

The flat is very well located, with three parks nearby and plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance.

Hither Green station is about an 8-minute walk, with London Bridge only one stop away (13 minutes).

Blackheath is a lovely 15–20 minute walk, and Lewisham DLR is also about 20 minutes away.

The area is safe and has a good local GP.

Council tax is not included with the gas bill. Altogether, bills are usually around £100–£150 per month.
