Ensuite double room in bright, modern flat

My friend and I are looking to sublet our third room between July 28 - August 21 (£960 for the 25 days but could be a bit flexible with the end date). A bit about the space:

Your room: Bright double room with a huge floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and your own modern ensuite bathroom. Comes exactly as seen in the pictures.

The flat: A really spacious, sun-lit open-plan living and dining area with modern furnishings throughout. Opens up to a big private balcony - perfect for summer mornings / evenings!

A bit about us: We're two girls, both 27, working professionals, keep the place tidy, super easygoing, always down for a chat and a shared meal in the evening. But entirely respectful of your downtime! :)

The location: Between Hither Green and Lewisham - a lovely, quiet, leafy residential area. Just a 3-min walk to a big Lidl and with excellent transit links - about a 10-min walk to Hither Green station and Lewisham train and DLR stations for fast trains into London Bridge / Canary Wharf.
