We’re offering a spacious top-floor ensuite room in our modern family home, just a 10-minute walk from Hither Green station (only one stop from London Bridge).

The rent is a simple £900 per month, with all bills included. There are no extra costs for council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband or anything else – £900 is all you pay.

We’re looking for a quiet, clean and considerate female lodger, as that’s who my wife would be most comfortable sharing our home with.

Unlike many house shares, this is our home rather than an investment property, so we take pride in keeping it exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming.

The house backs directly onto Mountsfield Park, a lovely green space that’s perfect for walking, running or simply unwinding. There are regular outdoor fitness classes and it’s a beautiful park throughout the year.

Hither Green station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with London Bridge only around 10 minutes by train.

Why this room?

This room has previously been rented for £1,000, but we’d much rather find the right person than simply achieve the highest rent.
