Lovely little place. Hither Green is a lovely, small area with HG train station 5 minutes away, coffee shops, a Sainsburys around the corner and in walking distance of Lewisham town centre. Preferable move in date would be 17th August.

£575/pcm - including average £100/pcm Bills. The DEPOSIT is £500 & rent is paid at the end of the month. If moving in on or around 17/08 then I ask for an additional 2 WEEKS RENT upfront on top of DEPOSIT.
