There are two sitting rooms; one downstairs is a sitting/diner with doors to a small garden which has a swing seat and rotating pod which can seat up to six people. It has a dining table and chairs, sofa and recliner chairs, wall hung television and lamp. The one upstairs is used as a chill out room, with a recliner sofa, television, video games.

There are two bathrooms; one with a bathtub with a large shower head over and the other has a shower cubicle. In addition, there’s an extra toilet off the hallway so there would be no queues.

A GP surgery, 24 hour gym, Tesco mini supermarket and bus stops are a five minute walk from the property. Hither Green Station is a ten minute walk from the house. There’s a large park on the other side of the road and unrestricted parking near to the house.

All bills are inclusive of the rent with the exception of the broadband. Tenants pay separately for that, amounting to £11 each.
