I am leaving my beloved home after a very happy 2.5 years and looking for someone to take my room at the end of November. Ideally looking for a woman in her 30s.

✨ Located in Hither Green, 5 minute walk to the station where you can get a train direct to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charring Cross (the train from Hither Green to London Bridge takes 10 minutes)

✨ Room is £675 per month + bills, and the landlady is a dream. Lives just up the road and is so responsive, kind and helpful. (We’ve nicknamed her our fairy landmother).

✨ Sharing with the BEST three female housemates anyone could ask for. An English teacher, actor and singer, all in our 30s, plus our lovely little dog, Effie 🐶

✨ Lovely house with 2 bathrooms and a garden.

✨ Great area, Hither Green feels like living in a village. Lovely local pub and local parks.

It’s such a lovely family feel in the house, and so we’re looking for someone who’ll appreciate that and fit right in!
