Cosy Sublet Available In Holborn

Hello! We are looking for a female flatmate to sublet a room in our 4 bed house, while the current occupant is out of town. We can be flexible with exact dates - the room is available from now, until early November. The room is only available to sublet, not for anything longer term.

THE HOUSE

The house is a lovely little mid terrace, and is super centrally located (2 minutes from Chancery Lane tube station, and 1 minute from Leather Lane Market). There are two toilets (one in a larger bathroom with a bath and shower), a recently renovated kitchen and a large living room (with a desk, for anyone working from home). There’s also a small patio area in the front and back of the house, and an electric keyboard in the living room for any pianists who want to practice while they’re staying!

THE ROOM

The room is small, but cosy and nicely decorated. It costs £900 p/m (including bills).

HOUSEMATES

The three other housemates are all female professionals in our 20s and 30s. We’re a reasonably low-key bunch, but we enjoy art, music and going to the theatre.

⚫️ Northern Line from Kings Cross - 20mins
