It’s a bright, spacious double room that overlooks a very quiet courtyard. If you like peace and quiet in central London- this is the place.
I’m looking for someone for a short term stay for 2 to 3 months - I can be flexible about a week either way - please ask!
The room is large and has a desk, a fridge, double blackout curtains, (great for sleep!) and is located in a quiet building with mostly elderly neighbours.
It's near HOLBORN/TOTT COURT ROAD tube stations, (5 minutes walk) and two parks - a small one (3 minutes away) and a larger one (5 minutes away)
The flat is perfect for mature professionals, visiting scholars or
mature students or anyone who appreciates hygiene, quiet and cleanliness, it’s a very peaceful environment, not a party flat. Please say a little about yourself and intended duration of stay. Thank you.
As a top-floor apartment, it is very quiet, with no noise disturbances from above.
Council Tax (Band D) is included in the rent, I pay it.
