Top-floor flat in a quiet building with mostly elderly neighbours and no noise from above — definitely not a party flat.

Just a 5-minute walk to Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations, with two parks within 3–5 minutes. Ideally located for UCL, LSE, KCL, SOAS, Birkbeck, Great Ormond Street Hospital and UCLH.

The flat is also just two doors from the former home of Bertrand Russell, the philosopher and Nobel Prize winner, reflecting the area’s long academic and literary heritage.

I’m a friendly, considerate writer and full-time professional—quiet, clean and respectful—looking for someone who values a peaceful home, appreciates interesting conversation from time to time, and understands shared living by helping to keep shared spaces clean and contributing to shared household essentials.

Short stays of 2–3 months are welcome, and I’m also flexible about the move-in date where possible.

I’m vegetarian 🌱, but you don’t need to be. That said, it would be lovely to live with someone who is similarly thoughtful about the environment.
