Top-floor flat in a quiet building (mostly elderly neighbours), with no noise from above — definitely not a party flat.

Just a 5-minute walk to Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations, with two parks within 3–5 minutes.

I’m a writer and full-time professional — quiet, clean, and considerate — looking for someone similar who values a peaceful, respectful home.
