En-suite double near Holland Park

**The flat**

10min walk to Shepherds Bush (Central) and Latimer Road (Circle and Hammersmith & City). Too close to Westfield to be good for my bank balance 🤦‍♀️ There's a Waitrose and a Lidl in walking distance, and two little Coops nearby for the inevitable emergency pint of milk/sharing-size bag of crisps.

Water, gas and electricity bills are included. Council tax (Band E) is £93 a month each, broadband is £16 each.

The bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and two built-in wardrobes. The kitchen was installed three years ago and includes a dishwasher.

**The free flatmate**

I love cycling, cooking, 1Rebel, theatre & my houseplants. Happy to be social, but we all need our own space too. I try to get outdoors most weekends ... but sometimes the lure of Netflix is too great. I'm a night owl forced to be up early - heads up chat ain't happening til after coffee!

I work from home usually a day or two a week; obviously fine for you to do the same, but the flat’s not suitable for fully remote working. Please don’t judge my wfh outfits.

**You?**

...are sufficiently housetrained I don't have to clear up after you, but not so clean and tidy I feel mucky; don't have a voice like an industrial drill; don't load the dishwasher like a drunk raccoon; have a cracking sense of humour and great chat; willing to put up with my nonsense!
