Whole house to let

As we are not living in London full time any more we have decided to rent out our lovely cottage style house

The bedroom is a double bedroom, walk in modern shower and separate bath, and use of the whole of the house - reception room, office, fully fitted kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer) dining room/conservatory and small garden. Wifi is very good and the TV has Freeview. The house is a very comfortable home and it is in a very quiet and lovely square, 8 minutes walk to Holland Park Tube and Latimer Road Tube. Good shops also nearby, as well as Westfield

I am looking for a single, professional, mature person, perhaps someone whose main home is outside of London, but needs to be working in London and would rather stay in a nice comfortable home than a hotel. Alternatively someone from abroad who is looking for a home to home accommodation.

I do come back to stay but very occasionally and then only for a night or two and sleep in the second bedroom. I am hardly around when I am in London

The rent is exclusive of gas and electricty bills ,water and internet ,but includes council tax. Tenant also pays for a cleaner to come in once a week

References essential and proof of income. Must be clean and tidy and respectful of the house. No parties are to be held at the house. No smokers. Must be happy to water the garden occasionally when it needs it!

I would prefer no furniture to be brought into the house as the house is fully furnished
