Decent sized dbl bedroom. Small living room/seating n coffee area next to own use garden (obvs shared with myself). Room is not yet ready as the small room which will be a little garden lounge is still an office (see pics). .& large living room will become my new bedroom. great for commuting as I’m zone 2, Notting Hill Gate is a 10 min walk if you want zone 1 only. No en suite. There’s a kitchen with a small table for dining, bit of a squeezed dining table.

Separate w/c and bathroom. Your room is downstairs with the bathroom & sitting area & garden. I’m upstairs with kitchen n w/c. I have a small Frenchie who may still be here for a while-he’s beautiful & loves people but unfortunately not other dogs or they would be welcome.

Really important to note that I do not wish to have any men staying over (bad experiences) so this is a big and important consideration.

Live a few minutes walk from Holland Park station. Rent is £850 pcm & includes all bills & WiFi, even have a cleaner every 2 weeks which is included. Looking for preferably a female lgbtq friendly. Someone who doesn't party too much and pref non drinker. Professional person. There is on street parking with pay meters. No free parking.
