Double Room in Holland Park

I have a spare double room available in a top-floor flat in Holland Park. The flat is well maintained, warm, well-furnished and minutes from Holland Park / Kensington High Street.

My family has now moved out, and I use the flat 3 nights per week, Mon-Thurs. The flat is entirely yours on weekends. I am social but generally busy during the week, so I won’t be around for drinks, etc. and would prefer not to meet other people in the flat during the week!

I am looking for a quiet, considerate, tidy individual who will respect the house, which has been furnished as a home.

All bills and cleaner are included.
