We have 1 double bedroom in our lovely flat to let from 1st November. Sadly my housemate will be moving out to pursue further studies and so I am looking for someone to take over her part of the joint tenancy, preferably long term but can consider short term lets if ending January 2027.
The rent comes to £1125 and bills are around £175 each.
There are many supermarket/shops/restaurants/bus stops/tube station all near by. For reference:
8 minutes to Shepherd’s Bush tube stations and about 13 minutes to Holland Park tube station and Kensington Olympia.
The flat is situated just off Holland Road.
