Lovely 3 bedroom flat to share with two young professionals, two females.

Cosy double room available from 24th of June 2024 coming with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and chest of drawers.

Looking for a woman to join myself (Anne-Charlotte, 34) and Kelsey (31). We'd prefer someone who works in the office as the room doesn't have space for a desk, however can occasionally use the living room for work from home too. We take care of our environment so, without being cleaning freaks, someone who cleans up after themselves and will participate in common chores is definitely a must! The flat has a small outdoor space, is close to a variety of grocery stores (including 2 large supermarkets within 5 min walk), cafes & eateries, in between Finsbury Park & Holloway stations (Piccadilly & Victoria).

We are friendly and positive, and sometimes like to get together and watch a movie or cook - I am a nursery teacher/artist and Kelsey works in marketing.

The flat has a washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms upstairs, a living room, kitchen and big bathroom downstairs. Excellent landlord, friendly and available.
