🌿 £820 for a rent per calendar month, and this includes council tax, water bill and internet.
⬆️ You will have to add an extra cash for:
1) a shared part of the electricity bill of each month (during a warm season +£39 per person, during cold times +£100 pp);
2) house utility supplies (toilet paper, kitchen towels, all cleaning products - around £17 per person every 2-3 months duration.

🌿 Flat is located between Holloway/Tufnell Park/Caledonian Road 🚇 (12–15 mins to any tube station).
It is a 3,5-bed flat with a garden, shared by 3 lovely people (30s–50s, arts & hospitality). The flat is spread over 4 floors and has:
- 2 toilet rooms;
- 1 separate bathroom room;
- lounge/ laundry room by the kitchen.

🌿 The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a big table and a clothing rail.

We are looking for a kind, cheerful, and tidy person, who will treat this place as a home, looking after it without a cleaning rota. We are all working in the mornings, getting up early every day, so the night owls just simply wouldn’t survive with us ☺️.
