Hi all - I have a lovely double room in my flat. Current tenant is flexible with move out date.

The room is generously sized, featuring a built-in double wardrobe, a comfy double bed, and two bedside tables.

The flat itself boasts a large open-plan living area, perfect for socializing or relaxing, plus a charming outdoor terrace that’s a real suntrap in the summer - pairs wonderfully with a cold glass of white wine!

Located in a secure complex, the flat includes a 24-hour concierge service for peace of mind (no more stolen packages!) plus there’s a gym on-site at no extra cost. There is also parking available in the basement for an additional fee.

The rent includes the water bill. Additional bills for electric, council tax, and internet are under £200 per month.

I'm from Sydney, Australia originally and despite having been here for over a decade, the accent is as strong as ever. I am into cooking (I make a great homemade sausage roll), helping my friends revive their overwatered houseplants (bit of a green thumb) and traveling with my friends and family when I can.

I am hoping to find a flatmate who will get my 90s pop culture references, be respectful of communal spaces and clean up after themselves. Bonus points if we can watch trash TV (if you don't watch Below Deck, you soon will), have a meal or drink here and there - but no pressure to be besties.

** TRAVEL **
I've lived here for over four years now and the location is amazing. We’re just a 3-minute walk from Holloway Road tube, and only 10 minutes from Caledonian Road tube. Highbury & Islington overground station is a short 15-minute stroll away. Getting into central London (Soho) takes under 20 minutes, and the City is under 30 minutes by train. There are also plenty of bus routes and Lime bikes right from Holloway Road if that’s your style.

** WORK **

I work from home most of the time but have a desk in my room away from the common area. If you work from home, all good! There is enough room in the living room for you to set up a desk, as well as space in the bedroom if you want more privacy.
