The house is to share with other female and male tenants. The shared areas include kitchen with dining table, separate large communal living area, downstairs wc and storage cupboards and small garden.

All rooms have a double bed with fitted wardrobe, drawer units and radiator, curtains.

The rooms are clean and tidy and in a quiet household with other professional young people. All bills (council tax, gas, electricity etc) are shared equally between all tenants (approx £130 per month). But you will only pay your share of the total of the bills for services consumed during your tenancy.

These rooms will be available from 18 June.
There is an allocated parking space available for an additional monthly charge.
