🚉 4 mins walk to Holloway Road tube station (Piccadilly line, zone 2) and 12 mins walk to Caledonian Road tube station.

I am looking for a mature professional lady or retired lady who is looking for a London home.

This advert is only applicable for a single occupancy of the double room, therefore no couples, no families and no pets.

I am away a lot and stay approx. 2 nights per week when I need to be in the office.

The prospective housemate will essentially have the whole house to themselves for 5 nights per week.

The Edwardian terraced house, on a quiet leafy street which is close to amenities on Holloway Road, has 2 double bedrooms, a single box room (currently used for storage) and a large through lounge/dining room which leads onto the patio garden.

There is a downstairs shower room 🚿 and upstairs bathroom. 🛀

🛏️ The double room rent includes bi-weekly cleaning and all utility bills & SKY TV.
