Spacious, over three floors, with plenty of ways to enjoy both social time together and private space.
You will have a quiet, airy single room on the top floor with lots of natural daylight.
Room size: 192 cm (75") x 320 cm (126")
Furnished with a single bed with storage, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Not suitable if you work from home.

Excellent transport links: near Highbury & Islington (Victoria, Overground, Main lines) and Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) tube stations, Zone 2.
One stop to King’s Cross.
Various bus routes to Central London and the City.
Nearby green spaces: Arundel Square, Paradise Park, Freightliners City Farm, and Highbury Fields.
Upper Street with shops, bars, restaurants, and theatres is a 10-15 minute walk.

Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Recently refurbished ground floor and bathroom.
Brand new spacious kitchen-diner leading to a small back garden.

Financial Details:

All bills included.
Weekly cleaner comes for 3 hours, taking care of cleaning and ironing (£54 pppm additional monthly fee).
Flexible 6 or 12-month rolling contract.
