Flatmate Wanted – Holloway

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Holloway, starting December 7th.

One of our lovely flatmates is moving out, but this flat is just too beautiful and comfortable to leave, so we’d love to find someone who also loves the space and wants to make it their home.

From December 7th, we’ll be renewing the tenancy directly with the agency on a rolling contract.

* Bed not included, but you can buy the current bed second-hand from our flatmate if you’d like

* NOW Broadband: £30/month ÷ 3 = £10 per person
* Total bills: approx. £155.04 per person/month

About us

We’re two friends, one from Taiwan and one from Spain, both working in the creative and design industries. We’ve been living together for seven years.

The flat has a calm, warm and aesthetically thoughtful atmosphere. It’s a space we genuinely treat as a home.

We respect each other’s space, often share meals and chats, and occasionally complain about life together (with a laugh).
