6 months sublet only

Hi! My name is Jessica and I’m looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away from August 13th until February 13th. Please note that the room is only available until February 13th and extensions will not be possible.
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat in a very central location on Holloway Road, only a 5-minute walk from the tube station, with great connections to the rest of London.

The room comes fully furnished and you’ll be sharing the flat with one flatmate, he’s very quiet, chill, and mostly keeps to himself.

Rent is £860 per month, bills included. Safety Deposit is £400, you'll get it back when you move out (withing 5 days) after an inspection of the room/property.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and quiet. No couples, no smoking (vaping inside is allowed but not smoking, or those heated tobacco sort of vapes), and no parties at home please.
