I have a double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat in Walters Rd, Holloway from June 1st on a rolling contract with a private landlord. I’d be your flatmate, a young professional working in London & living in the flat for the past 2 years.

💸 Budget: £900 per month (bills typically > £150 - council tax, water, gas/electric, wifi)
Deposit: A month's rent, will need to pass referencing

📍Location
Amazing location for groceries (we have a Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi etc in very close reach)
Area in general: next to Caledonian Rd, close to Archway and Highbury Islington
Holloway Road tube station: 10 min walk
Finsbury Park station: 15-20 min walk

🛏️ The Room
Comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, built-in desk and desk chair, mirror with stand, lots of shelving!

About me
Young professional, 26, looking for someone mid-late 20s as well ideally
Urban designer, in the office 4 days a week (I work from home Mondays)
Definitely an outside cat who likes going out and has my own things going on so would probably be compatible with someone similar (but also down to chat over a glass of wine at home whenever we can!)
I’m a lesbian so definitely a queer friendly house
Sidenote: My partner is long distance and will be staying at the flat roughly 4 days a month over a long weekend
