The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's plenty of storage space and it has a good light with a big window and view to the street. Nice and quiet - peaceful residential street and no upstairs neighbours!

You would be sharing with three others, all easy-going and considerate. We have our own lives but like to socialise together, usually focusing around movies and shared meals.

The flat has high speed (900MB) broadband, washing machine, dryer and a piano (needs tuning). The kitchen has a dining table for 4-6, and the living room has two sofas. All of the rooms have high ceilings, which add to the sense of spaciousness.

There are two small supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Tesco) a few minutes away and two large ones (Morrisons and Waitrose) a little further. Other nearby amenities include a couple of live music venues, a couple of gyms, several nice pubs, an Odeon cinema and Jolene bakery/restaurant on Hornsey Road. Walking distance from Stroud Green which has loads of nice pubs and cafes.

Lots of local transport into central London and connections. Walking distance to Archway (Northern line), Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly line) and Holloway Road (Piccadilly line) tube stations, Upper Holloway overground station (Suffragette line) and buses to Highbury, Angel, Crouch End, Hampstead Heath, Trafalgar Square and London Bridge, among other destinations!

Council Tax is included in the rent. The other utilities and broadband together average £50 -£90 per month (depending on the time of year).
