We are subletting our gorgeous Holloway flat!

The flat is a spacious 1-bedroom with a large living room and a separate kitchen. It comes fully furnished and with great quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dehumidifier). All utility bills are included in the monthly rent, plus 1Gb broadband WiFi.

The flat is located in a safe community estate with a shared garden in central Holloway. It is a 15min walk from both Holloway Road and Tufnell Park tube stations. Better yet, a bus stop with plenty of connections from central London is right at the doorstep, a literal 2min down the road!

No smokers and no pets, apologies!

Rent is 2300 per month, with all utilities included (water, gas, electricity, WiFi)
