The flat has a shared living room, as well as a kitchen with a breakfast/eating area. 
You’ll be sharing with me - a female professional in my late 20s and have lived in the flat for the past 3 years.
I’m looking for someone (ideally) aged 25–34 who is friendly, respectful and looking to make the place feel like a home. I’d love to find someone who enjoys having a friendly home environment while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
Cleanliness is extremely important to the landlady & I, and will be included in the contract, so please only get in touch if you’re someone who genuinely enjoys keeping a clean and tidy home.
