Double Room available in Holloway!



I’m looking for a friendly sociable girl to take my room as I am moving into my own place!

£845 pcm plus bills (around £150). The room will be available from August 26 but it may be possible to move in a bit earlier.

You’ll be living with two lovely, friendly girls - Harriet, 28, and Alana, 31. As a house, we’re respectful of other peoples space but also like to spend time together watching tv / going to the pub, cooking together in the flat etc! Looking for a like-minded girl who would be sociable, clean and looking to be friends as well as housemates, aged between 27-32.



The house is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms, a large sunny sitting room and a kitchen. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk for working from home. 

The house is in a great location - just 10 mins from both Finsbury Park and Holloway tube stations with the Victoria and Piccadilly lines as well as the Thameslink and trains. There are also loads of bus connections to central so it is so convenient and quick to get anywhere really!

The area also has loads of great pubs, cafes and lots of shops nearby. We’re 10 mins walk from Finsbury Park and about 15 mins to Highbury Fields so lots of green areas to enjoy too.
