Hello my name is Anna (62) and I am looking for a female to share my home with. No agency fees. Room is actually free now but officially October, happy to let it from now if need be.

A bright and spacious double room is available in a beautiful period home on a quiet, well-kept residential road in Islington, from 20th October.

The room is full of character, featuring high ceilings, original hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, and a large bay window with plantation shutters that fills the room with natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, with built-in shelving providing plenty of storage. It's a peaceful and comfortable space, ideal for someone looking for a relaxed home.

You'll also have access to a large, modern bathroom, complete with a full-sized bath, wash basin, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and a large window that makes the space bright and airy. Initially, the bathroom will be for your sole use, although it may be shared with the occupant of the neighbouring bedroom later in the year.

The location is excellent, with Caledonian Road Underground Station and Holloway Road Underground Station both just a 7-minute walk away, as well as excellent bus links nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in London.

You'll be sharing with me, a 62-year-old woman. I travel frequently for work and leisure, so you'll often have the house to yourself, making this an ideal home for someone who values privacy and a calm, respectful living environment.

I'm looking for a female tenant who is clean, considerate, and respectful.
