Stapleton house student flat

Looking for any full time university students in London to take over my remaining tenancy as it is until September 12th and I know longer require the room it will be available asap. The rent is roughly £255/260 a week in total the room comes with a small double bed, en-suite bathroom it is a second floor flat so just one floor above ground level it has a shared kitchen a communal area, with study rooms, pool tables, TV, movie room, karaoke room, it is located next to Holloway Road station there is an Aldi located underneath the student accommodation and many bus stops going to all parts of London. There is also currently build works ongoing throughout the days on the outside of the property. To take over my tenancy I will refer you to the property team with all given information and to take over this property you need to be a full-time university student. Regarding rent the property team can guide you with a more accurate price of rent and more information on how it’s paid as I as a student paid in 3 instalments due to student finance but in total I paid 1022.20 a month for my whole tenancy. For this accommodation you may be required to have a UK guarantor but all can be discussed with the property team. Again this is also a short tenancy as it is just my remainder, so room is available from now and check out is on the 12th of September.
