Hi everyone! I’m subletting my lovely room for the whole of September as I’ll be working away for the month.

🏠 The house

Honestly, this is such a lovely house to live in. It’s spread over 3 floors with a huge living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing garden with a vegetable patch and plenty of space for BBQs and relaxing outside.

We also have a weekly cleaner, which keeps all the shared spaces looking great.

You’ll be sharing with 4 lovely housemates (mid-20s to mid-30s). Everyone has different schedules and is often either working or travelling, so the house never feels crowded. The vibe is genuinely one of the best things about living here, everyone is friendly, respectful and easy-going, and it really feels like home.

💰 Rent: £900 (all bills included)

🔐 Deposit: £300

📅 Available: 1st–30th September (maybe earlier)
