Spacious Room in Holloway with BIG Terrace

Hi! We're looking for someone to rescue our third flatmate who has unfortunately had to pull out of his tenancy last minute!

Although we would say this, we genuinely think that it is a really nice room and flat. We have a light and airy living room with a TV and two sofa's, a roomy kitchen, and a gorgeous terrace. It is all spread out over three floors, and your room would be on the top floor with a view out over the terrace and park.

As for us, I'll be studying for law exams for the foreseeable, and the other of us is starting a new job. We'll both be busy and don't want anyone who will be super disruptive. However, we're not hermits, and ideally we would like the flat to be chatty and sociable. Ideally, we'd like everyone to be comfortable with each other having friends over for dinner and drinks and stuff like that. Basically, if you're relaxed, sensible, and generally nice to have around, and you're prepared to occasionally take the bins out, then please do get in touch with us. If you are a student then that is an extra tick for us, but that isn't a deal breaker.

Bit of extra info:
- We're in Council Tax Band E
- Closest tube stops are Tufnell Park and Holloway Road (10 min walk)
- 10 min walk away from a PureGym and a few supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose etc).
- Looking for a 9-12 month tenancy
- Shared bathroom (which has a bath)
