Looking to fill a room in our 4 bed house in Holloway from 4th November.
 
Room - £1080 per month
Bills - Circa £120-150 per month (depending on time of year)
Deposit - Circa £1500 (will be 6 weeks rent of total house value - exact figure TBC by landlord)
 
The bedroom is a medium sized bedroom with 2 x built in wardrobes, at the back on the house looking over the garden so very minimal road noise. Room comes unfurnished, however previous tenant is looking to sell the bed/drawers and bedside table (price TBC - willing to discuss price). Shared bathroom with 2 other house mates.
 
The house has a large living room with TV on the first floor. Ground floor is a large kitchen/diner with access to the garden. Good sized garden which has a dining table and BBQ, and gets great afternoon/early evening sunlight. The whole house was renovated a few years ago so it's got really good kitchen appliances.
 
Bus stop is right outside the front door, with various routes heading all over London. Holloway Road station is about 10 min walk and Finsbury Park station is within 15 min walk. We are just of Holloway Road, so have various shops and supermarkets within minutes walk as well as lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes!
 
House mates are all mid to late 20's. Mostly in the office with occasional work from home days. We are looking for someone who will fit into the house vibe. We all get along and enjoy chatting after work / enjoy the occasional social together, however everyone does have their own things going on too.
 
Current contract is coming to the end Nov 4th, so a new contract would be signed from then.
 
The room advertised in the photos is confirmed to be available from Nov 4th. There may be a second bedroom available from the same date, which is the exact same size and layout. This room would also be at the same price. Both rooms can be looked at if coming for a viewing.
