Cosy Double Room in the Best Girly Flat

We have a lovely light-filled double room available in our split-level 3-bed in the Loraine Estate. There's in-built double width storage, and the room comes with bed, desk & chair. The house has loads of storage areas, and two bathrooms. There's a shared kitchen, separate living room, and garden with patio.

You'll be living with Anna & Fiona, the loveliest housemates a girl could have - they both work 9-5s and wfh 1-2 days per week. We usually hang out with cosy nights in watching tv, coffee shop Sunday mornings, or trips to one of the many great nearby pubs. The girls went on a lifechanging hiking trip to Slovenia this summer, so anyone with via ferrata experience goes to the front!

We're looking for someone friendly, who'd like to be involved in the house, and who is clean & tidy. We have the full house cleaned every two weeks, but try to keep it nice in between! Ideally, you work 9-5. There is some shared wfh space in the house, and a desk in the room - but I would say it is probably not ideal for a full-time homeworker.

The room also comes with free invites to our world-famous (or at least mildly famous) patio parties, which generally involve cheese, chicken wine, and great chat.

Transport from the flat is excellent, you're about 7 minutes walk from Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line), and 25 mins (faster by bus) to either Highbury & Islington or Finsbury Park.

The rent is £909 a month, which includes TV licence & water, and then bills are generally approximately monthly per person:
Gas & Electric - seasonally dependent, £30-60 (v cheap!)
Cleaning - £40
Wifi - £15
Council Tax - £52
