I am a private landlord looking for 2 new tenants (= non smoking, clean and tidy professional) to share the place with my 3 current tenants (no agency fee or any other fees). The rooms will be available on 15th November.

Existing tenants are 2 professionals in their 30s (researcher, architectural engineer and recruitment manager)

My tenants love the place and have called it home for many years.

The place is a 4 bed-room upper maisonette property which covers 2 top floors of an attractive Victorian building with 3 large roof terraces facing 3 different directions, an open plan kitchen with a large window open to the back garden, fully fitted kitchen with DW, WM etc.; a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are plenty of parking space in front of the house if you have a car.

The vacant rooms are
- a spacious double room with its own balcony on the 2nd floor facing Caledonian Road, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers. The rent of this room excluding all bills is £1,150 per calendar month. Council tax is already included in the rent. All other bills total to approx £100 per person per month Deposit is £1,150
- a double bedroom on the 2nd floor of the building with 2 large window facing Caledonian Rd and the side of the building, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe.
The rent of this room is £1,050 per calendar month ex bills. Council tax is already included in the Rent. All other bills total approx £100. Please check with my tenants during your viewing
