2 doubles in enormous friendly Holloway flat

Leah and I (both 28F, journalists who met through friends) are looking for 2 more lovely people to sign for an enormous, light 4-bed flat split across two floors in Holloway, 14 min walk from Finsbury Park station and super near stuff like a leisure centre. The living room is huge - we're kind of obsessed with the house and can't wait to move in.

Viewings will ideally be begin Friday 30th Oct, Saturday 31st and Monday 2nd Nov. It's the two larger rooms that we need to fill ideally in the next week, but ofc we want to find the right people. But they'll need to sign by the end of next week (around 5th Nov) for a 21st Nov move-in.

About us! I'm Phoebe, I studied at Oxford and now run an art & culture magazine while also working in comms. I love painting, writing, rock music and literature. Lots of my social life revolves around the art scene. Currently I largely work remotely but hopefully that will change soon. At home I'm pretty flexible - I can appreciate both a quiet home and having guests around, as long as there's no noise late at night midweek.

Leah works in financial journalism and did an MA in publishing. She loves creative writing and diving into the literature scene. She's an early riser Mon-Fri, so it's important for there to be no noise after midnight then.

This advert has a mixture of actual photos we took and the ones from the estate agent advert. Our pics are probably more accurate. There are 2 bathrooms. Idk how much bills will be until we move in and set them up, but council tax is £39 each.
