New Housemate Wanted — Bright Room in Holloway

Hello!
I will soon be leaving London for an exchange period and, with it, I will also be leaving my fantastic house share. My housemates and I are looking for a replacement starting from late December 2026 or 1 January 2027!

The house is conveniently located in Zone 2, barely 5 minutes away (probably even less on a brisk pace!) from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line) and just a short bus hop or 15-min walk away from Highbury & Islington Station. It sits on a quiet side road parallel to Holloway Road, away from all the noise.

The room is on the first floor, facing the street and the afternoon sun (when it shows up) through a GORGEOUS bow window. It comes furnished with a single bed, a wooden desk perfect for a workstation, a spacious wardrobe & cabinet, and two chairs. Some of my own furniture is also available for sale, feel free to enquire. There are two bathrooms (one shared shower with a toilet on the first floor, one toilet-only on the ground floor). The house also features a small but wholesome garden in the backyard, accessible via the kitchen.

Speaking on behalf of the rest of the housemates, our ideal replacement is someone clean, respectful of peace and quiet, but who does not shy away from a shared meal and a good chat every now and then (one of the remaining housemates is a dedicated fantastic cook!). All tenants are young professionals, some have an international background. We are all aged between 25 and 30, and we would prefer someone in the same age bracket.

Over the last year the (very responsive) landlords have been carrying out some welcome upgrades (new home appliances, renewed roof insulation, new windows and doors for the ground floor). The Property sits in Islington Council Tax Band F.
