2 double bedrooms for single use is for 2 professionals (no students), no smokers . The rooms are furnished and 1 Double Bedroom is very big ( available from 22nd August 2026) and the other is smaller and available from 10th August 2026. The 2 bedrooms are in a lovely 3 bed flat (with no sitting room), in Holloway Road area to be rented to an exceptionally clean professional truly clean and tidy (the cleanliness is essential and will be put in the contract as a condition. have a wardrobe, desk and chair, side cabinets, chest of drawers and double beds, also a fireplace in one of the 2 rooms. Room size is approx 5 metres x 3, 5 metres (the big one and 3 metres x 3.5 metres the smaller.
There is an other female professional living in the flat, British. There is no sitting room but the kitchen has a breakfast /eating area.
I will give priority to tenants who can move on 10th of August for the small double bedroom and 22nd August for the big double bedroom.
I will be making standard contract of one year. One month deposit will be needed.
