This a short term let for any *weekends* (Friday to Sunday) *during the months of April, May, June and July * and any period from 17 August to 2 September 2025.

The apartment is on the 7th floor of a modern building, conveniently located 2 minute walk from Holloway Road tube station (Piccadilly line, 2 stops away from King's Cross); 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line and Overgrounds) and Caledonian Road (Piccadilly line) and Barnsbury (Overground). The flat is walking distance from Upper Street, one of North London's trendiest neighbourhoods. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby reachable on foot (7/11 Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons), some trendy local restaurants and an award-winning Italian restaurant around the corner.

The apartment - the apartment sleeps up to 4 adults. It has a large living room with an open kitchen, with a stunning South-East looking view over London. It has one modern bathroom. Large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and private storage. The sofa in the living room transfoms into a comfortable double bed. Cushions, duvet and towels are provided. The flat is very quiet and peaceful as it overlooks a private courtyard. There is a green communal garden and a gym accessible for free. Fiber high-speed internet broadband and bills are included.

The price is £110/night for 2 people, all bills inclusive. Additonal guests +£25/night. Rent to be paid in advance. There is a holding/security deposit of £200. The flat is suitable for a couple or family. No pet and no smoking.
