Hello! After almost 2 years of living here it’s time for me to offer my room to another student looking for accommodation…

My contract ends at the end of August but I’ll need someone to take over from March 31st, with the opportunity to renew after August.

- All bills included (excluding council tax because students are exempt)

- 6 occupants (mixed genders during my 2 years but currently all-female)
- Shared kitchen/living area only
- Kitchen has 2 cookers, 2 fridge-freezers and labelled cupboards for everyone
- All rooms are en-suite

- 18-minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria line)
- 20 minutes from the Emirates Stadium (for the Arsenal fans)
- Bus stops less than a minute away
- Sainsbury’s Local 1 minute away
