The house is to share with other female and male tenants. The shared areas include kitchen with dining table, separate large communal living area, downstairs wc and storage cupboards and small garden.

Your room has a double bed with storage under, large fitted wardrobe, a bedside drawer unit and wide drawer unit, radiator.

The room is clean and tidy and in a quiet household with other young people. All bills (council tax, gas, electricity etc) are shared equally between all tenants (approx £185 per month). So you will only pay your share of the total of the bills that have been paid during your tenancy.

This room can be available from 16 June.
There is an allocated parking space available for an additional monthly charge.
