Spacious two-bed flat in Holloway 🌻

Hi all!

I am looking for a replacement for my flatmate in this beautiful two bedroom flat. The flat is very light and spacious. It also benefits from a balcony, concierge and communal garden, and is only a 3-minute walk away from Holloway Road Tube station (Piccadilly line). Caledonian Road and Highbury and Islington stations are within walking distance.

The flat has a huge living space, two bathrooms and all necessary appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher). You’ll have a double room with an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen, living room and balcony are shared.

You will be living with a 26 year old professional female. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and home-y. While I am happy to chat and hang out in the evenings/weekends, I also respect personal space.

I am looking for someone who is equally committed to maintaining a respectful living environment. Ideally, you are a female of similar age who is clean and considerate.

Viewings are ongoing. The flat will be available from 10 July.

Bills (Energy, Wifi, Council Tax (band E)) are around £200 per person, subject to variation.
