Double bedroom in well furnished new build

Hi!

I am renting out a double bedroom in this 3 bedroom flat in a new development (built in 2022). The whole flat comes to 1100sqft. The bedroom is 3.81m x 2.47m.

It will be available from August 26th to January 15th (with a degree of flexibility). It may be possible to stay permanently as well if that were wanted, but not possible to currently promise that.

The bedroom is furnished with:
A double sized bed with an otto hybrid mattress
Desk
100cm tall wardrobe
40" smart TV mounted to the wall.
75cm wide set of tall drawers

You would be sharing the very large main bathroom with one flatmate who is super clean and tidy.

The flat has a v spacious open plan kitchen/living room that is fully furnished. You'll share a large master bathroom with one other person.

There is a utility room containing a washing machine, second full size fridge/freezer, and space for storage. There are also large wardrobes in the hallway that can be used for storage if needed.

Holloway road station is 9 minutes walk, Caledonian Road 12 minutes, and Finsbury park 17 minutes. Locked bike racks are also located right outside the flat. There's a variety of amenities on Holloway Road, but the development benefits from being setback from the road so is extremely quiet.

Bills are not included in the price. It averages about £160 a month, with that including all heat, water, electricity, WiFi, council tax, and a cleaner who visits every other week

The WiFi is ultra fast, direct to home fibre optic and is usually above 200mbps download speed.

You will be living with three young professionals in our mid 20s.
