Double room - lease takeover!

I'm moving out and am looking for another girl to take over for me on the lease, by the end of October.

The room: A furnished double with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. It’s great for WFH, with strong wifi.

The house: A friendly 3-bed with a shared living room, separate kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom.

Location:
• 10 min walk to both Holloway Road and Finsbury Park stations
• Excellent bus, tube and national rail links
• Groceries, food spots, pharmacies, hospitals and lots of cute cafés nearby ☕

Bills: Around £100–150 a month depending on the season (This includes water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax)

Your flatmates: Two easygoing professional women, one in hospitality and one in consulting.

Looking for:
• A female who’s chill, respectful, clean and has lived in flatshares before
• Students welcome, but you’ll be expected to split the council tax
• No smokers or pets please x

Good to know: You’ll need a UK-based guarantor or earn £30k annual minimum.
All communication goes through our letting agency.
There will be a £50 one time cost for the lease takeover.
