Large room (~5m x 4m) available in 3 bed flat on holloway road. Sharing with 2 other late-twenties professionals. Flexible move in date, but we'd like to find someone as soon as possible.

Furniture included in the room: bed & mattress, built in cupboard, clothes rail, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large mirror.

We have an open plan kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a sizable balcony complete with table, chairs and BBQ. Its a split level flat above a shop, with the available room on the top floor. There's one bathroom which includes a bath.

We've been living here for a couple of years are looking for someone friendly and chill. Harry works in film/tv production, and Anna works at a science centre. We enjoy a pub trip, movie night, walk on hampstead heath, and playing badminton.

The area is great, only a ten minute walk to holloway rd station, but also within walking distance of finsbury park, archway, and highbury & islington stations. Theres loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and things to do nearby, as well as hampstead heath close as well.
