Looking for a replacement tenant for the rest of the tenancy contract

Current flatmates: 7 girls and guys mixed

Shared kitchen: Wide and spacious, 2 fridges; hobs; ovens; sinks. Multiple cupboard storage spaces
Kitchen cleaning occurs once a week.

Room: Ensuite
4th level, has lift for easy access.
Bed is larger than single
Spacious desk
Multiple storage spaces, more than enough room for 2 big luggages.

I can also leave some of the living necessities- beddings, utensils, cleaning supplies etc. if you’d like.

Holloway Road area- lots of shops-food, living utilities etc. nearby!
Sainsbury’s just across the street;
Iceland, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose within a 10min walk!
Bus stop just outside the accommodation building which takes you to central London!
