Room for rent in Holloway Road

We’re looking for someone to take the third bedroom in our 3-bed home, as one of our housemates is moving out.

Rent: £1,450 per month including bills
Deposit: £1,403.67 (paid to Stadium Residential)
Tenancy: You’ll be on the lease (no short-term lets) and will need to pass standard reference checks.
Extras: 24h Concierge, Free gym (pictured), bike storage.

A bit about us: we’re easygoing, active, and like to keep the place clean and comfortable. We’ve got our own routines but enjoy hanging out from time to time, whether that’s a chilled evening, or the occasional drink. We also travel now and then, so the home can be pretty relaxed and quiet at times.

You’d be living with three of us in total. One of the housemates is a guy you’d be sharing a bathroom with, he’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

We’re hoping to find someone friendly, tidy, and considerate, who’s up for a chat now and then but also values their own space.
