Large room in top location w/ great housemates!

Large double room situated just 5 minutes from Caledonian road. Great location with fun bars and pubs nearby. There's a local butcher down the road and a good collection of coffee shops to enjoy. There's also a Padel court just 10 mins down the road that we use as a house.

The house is with three other boys all aged between 27 and 28. All working professionals (Working across Finance, Compliance and Policy) and all great people. There's Dan, Chris and Will, all into sport, travel, music and spending time together as a house.

There's a small lounge with a sofa in, it's not massive but it's big enough to all sit in and play games of Fifa and watch films on.

There's a huge garden with fox cubs in too which the other two houses connected to ours have access to aswell, it can be accessed by a back gate. Great for lounging about and reading a book in during the summer.

We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to make sure that the house is always in great shape. In total the bills are about £130 a month.

This is a great house and we are looking for a good match. Someone who wants to make this their home and enjoy living here as much as we all do.
