Room in penthouse flat in Islington

Hi! I’m Lucile, originally from France, and I live with my partner Richard in a spacious 3-bedroom penthouse flat with a terrace on Holloway Road. We’re currently looking for a new flatmate to join us from 3rd June.
The room is quite small, but very well laid out, with a large window that brings in lots of natural light. The flat itself is spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We all work across design, fashion, and music, and over the years we’ve been carefully renovating the space room by room to create a home that feels warm, creative, and architecturally inspired.
We care deeply about the environment - we’re vegan, mindful about our water and electricity usage, and try to live thoughtfully and sustainably. We really love our home and are looking for someone kind, respectful, clean, and considerate - someone who would genuinely enjoy and appreciate living in a beautiful shared space.
A few things to note:
• Rent is £1,100/month
• The flat has a large terrace
• Occasionally we host Airbnb guests, so the bathroom is shared at times
• Move-in date: 3rd June
